Precise costs per user per month - transparent TCO

The costs for the operation of a KINAMU ERP appliance are easily calculable. The price is calculated on the basis of the number of users (10 users minimum) and the subscription period.

 

These costs cover:

  • the provision of server hardware
  • the necessary software licenses as well as all due maintenance fees
  • operation and hardware maintenance
  • the initial adjustment to customer processes and customer organization
  • continuous service and system support (fair use)

 

Minimum costs €189, - per user per month

 

No initial costs

There will be no additional costs. In the course of the customization process, however, the customer may order single products or services (such as specific forms, reports etc.) which are not included in KINAMU's original scope of supply. Only with these additional services (e.g. explicitly ordered additional trainings or support with the data transfer) there will be an extra charge which will be pointed out to the customer beforehand.
