The KINAMU total package provides implementation, necessary hard- and software components on the server-side as well as service and support and overall operation at a fixed price per user per month.

Fast and risk-free implementation

According to a clearly defined and transparent project plan the implementation and go-live will be completed in two to six weeks. Instead of long sales cycles with product demonstrations and long specifications we, together with you, will be developing a prototype so that finally a go-live may be carried out on this system. As customer you will only decide positively after you have seen and accepted the solution. The subscription fee for each user will only be due after the system's go-live.

User support, operation and maintenance of the system

Even after the system's go-live we at KINAMU continue to be at your service during our office hours and provide the necessary support for the system users. This, however, will no longer be on site but will be done via telephone or shared access to the monitors of your employees (in case of their authorization). If any problem with the system occurs, you will simply have to turn to KINAMU. We attend to problems caused by software, hardware or other components and guarantee defined service levels.

Apart from that we will make sure the trouble-free operation of your system. This includes all current measures which are necessary to guarantee the system's availability; starting with routine tasks and the check of completed backup processes up to an annual upgrade which corresponds to the latest development level to guarantee data security and the support of legal changes.

Data security and availability of a system are equally necessary as is the possibility of its integration into an already existing infrastructure. The hardware of the solution provided by KINAMU will be positioned on-site. We will be using HP servers which are specifically designed for the implementation of business solutions. These servers guarantee optimal availability as well as redundancy of critical components. Additionally, we provide a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) which in case of a power failure makes sure that no data will get lost and the system will be shut down properly. We will also provide tape drives and safety media to be able to regularly secure your data.

As an alternative, this server can also be operated in a data processing center. If requested we may place your server at our data processing center or at a center of your choice. We at KINAMU attach utmost importance to data security. Apart from your firewall the system is being monitored by an additional firewall provided by us.
