Robert Schüßler has been appointed CEO of Kinamu Deutschland GmbH | Top-Manager Richard Seibt member of the supervisory board

Munich, 14th January, 2008 +++ Dipl.-Kaufmann Robert Schüßler (46) has taken over the management of the Kinamu Deutschland GmbH (www.kinamu.de).
The experienced top manager Richard Seibt (55) has been elected to be member of the supervisory board of Kinamu. The Kinamu Deutschland GmbH with its headquarters in Munich is the German subsidiary of the IT business expert Kinamu Business Solutions AG in Vienna. Kinamu offers midsized companies tailored ERP and CRM solutions on basis of open-source-products and SAP tools as cost-saving all-in-one packages including hardware, implementation service, operation and support at a clearly calculable monthly price. As CEO of the Kinamu Deutschland GmbH Robert Schüßler, who formerly held various managing positions within the SAP AG will advance the introduction of the Kinamu solution in Germany. What really makes Kinamu an exciting venture is that thanks to our orientation towards "solution as a service"we are able to cover a niche by concentrating on the needs of midsized companies, says Robert Schüßler. “There are only a few companies who offer a business model which is thus clearly directed towards the ever increasing SaaS needs of midsized businesses. Further interesting news: Since the end of 2007 top manager Richard Seibt (55) has joined Kinamu’s supervisory board. During his long-standing career Richard Seibt held various influential positions. He was managing director of IBM Deutschland, member of the board of United Internet, CEO of SuSE Linux and president of Novell EMEA. Mr. Seibt has lately committed himself to open-source issues and has been appointed chairman of the boards of both the Open-Xchange Inc. and the Open Source Business Foundation.
