KINAMU wins Constantinus Award for Open Source Project

(June 8th, 2008) Already for the second time within the last three months KINAMU has been awarded a prize for its solutions for midsized businesses. Whereas at the CeBIT earlier this year KINAMU received a prize for its business solutions concept, this time, however, KINAMU was awarded for one of its projects. KINAMU was able to secure the Constantinus Award in the category “Open Source”. The Austrian National Professional Organisation for Management Consultancy and Information Technology (UBIT) honored KINAMU’s open-source based CRM project for the Swiss company TSFI. In less than four weeks KINAMU was able to complete an international CRM project for TSFI. The KINAMU SugarCRM solution connects several business locations, is easy to operate and incurs no initial costs - strong reasons, which finally convinced TSFI, and the Constantinus jury.

KINAMU offers IT solutions based on open-source software for a fixed monthly fee which ensures a quick and cost-efficient implementation of CRM and ERP solutions and as such make them particularly attractive for the midsize market. At the beginning of the year KINAMU managed to complete a CRM project for the SAP service provider TSFI AG with its headquarters in Switzerland and representative offices in Germany and the Philippines in less than four weeks. For this project KINAMU has won the Constantinus Award in the category “Open Source”.

The TSFI project clearly shows the great potential that lies within the solution, especially with regard to overall business processes.
