Doris Agneter is board member of tecnet equity Technologiebeteiligungs-Invest AG and CEO of tecnet capital Technologiemanagement GmbH as well as CEO of the NÖBEG societies. She has long-standing experience in venture capital and private equity investing as well as in the financing of technologies.
Mag. Gerhard Fiala (Deputy Chairman)
Gerhard Fiala is founder and managing partner of PONTIS Venture Partners. He is co-founder of AVCO, the Austrian Private Equity and Venture Capital Organisation, whose first (honorary) chairman he was from 2000 to 2004. In June 2005 Gerhard Fiala was elected to the board of EVCA, the European Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, to represent the interests of Austrian businesses.
Heinz Hartinger (Chairman)
Heinz Hartinger has been working at SAP for over 20 years. He was the driving force behind the development and expansion of SAP Austria as well as the establishment of SAP’s business activities in Eastern Europe. As long-standing managing director of SAP Austria he was also member of SAP’s EMEA management team. After handing over his business agendas as operational managing director to his successor he is still involved in various consulting activities at SAP.
Dipl.-Ing. Peter Nedwed
Peter Nedwed is CEO of Peter Nedwed Management Consulting GmbH. Before starting his own business he was member of the board of Kapsch-Carrier-com and CEO of T-Systems Austria. Before that he held various positions in Sales and Executive Management at companies such as Digital Equipment and others.
Prof. Dr. Alfred Taudes
Alfred Taudes is professor for business information systems at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and head of the Institute for Product Management. Besides his academic activities both in and outside of Austria he actively consults companies and has made himself widely known in Austria's business world.
Dkfm. Richard Seibt
Richard Seibt may look back on a long-standing career in the IT industry. As managing director of IBM Deutschland GmbH he was responsible for sales and marketing of IBM software products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. After that he moved to the USA and became general manager of the IBM OS/2 team. 1998 he left IBM to become a board member at the United Internet AG. In January 2003 Richard Seibt became CEO and chairman of the SuSE Linux AG in Nurnberg. A year later when Novell took over the SuSE Linux AG he became president of the Novell EMEA. In May 2005 he left Novell to dedicate himself to individual Linux and open source projects.
