To synchronize your contact data (prospects, contacts, email addresses, contact lists) with Sugar On-Premise or in the cloud, KINAMU offers the Brevo Connector. With our KINAMU Brevo Connector your existing prospects, contacts, and target lists are bidirectionally synchronized with Brevo in real time and new records are created immediately.

This way you can optimally use the advantages of both systems. Create and select your contact lists in SugarCRM where you also have the 360° view and all necessary information such as company data (name, classification, industry), order data (products, terms, warranty end), contact data (name, position, title, salutation, birthday), date of last activities (call, meeting).


Automatically transfer this data to Brevo based on certain criteria, e.g., completed form on the website or newsletter requested flag.

In combination with Brevo Marketing Automation, you can then map your individual double opt-in process in Brevo and thus track the status on both platforms Sugar and Brevo .

The Brevo blacklist status is also synchronized into a separate field on your Sugar records. For all contact changes in Brevo you can start further workflows with SugarBPM and thus, for example, convert the blacklist flag into the Sugar email opt-out or map other internal processes.
