Hosting onsite/offsite

It is up to you, whether you run your solution onsite our offsite in our data center. No matter which way you prefer – together with our partners we take over responsibility on operation and security. Via our network, servers and systems are monitored and maintained.

As a KINAMU client, you do not need to gain expert know how. Nevertheless you get the best available service.

Training

One of the most important success factors after the implementation is staff training. It has to be efficient, effective and sustainable.

Our basic-training provides you an overview on the basics and standard features. We show you how to use your CRM system and how to increase your efficiency significantly.

Support

At KINAMU customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we and our partners support you in the ongoing operation. Should any questions arise, our support staff will be available to you and your end users by phone or e-mail. Depending on the agreed service level, the support is already included in the package or will be billed according to the time required.

On weekdays, our staff can be reached by phone between Mo – Thur 09:00am – 05:00pm and Fr 09:00am – 02:00pm.
