Management Summary

Typeform is a rapidly growing survey/questionnaire application that is distributed via a SaaS business model. [1] The “Typeforms” present questions one after another; the user is guided from question to question so that they receive only one question at a time. Questions can contain images, GIFs, or videos. The tool includes a “score calculator,” custom “completion/thank you” screens, “question groups” that allow adding questions to sections or sub-questions, and “logic jumps” that adjust the questions a user sees based on their selections. Typeform forms can be embedded into a website, opened in a popup, or accessed via a unique URL.

The Kinamu Typeform Integration can be installed OnSite or in the SugarCloud on any Sugar version > 7.5. Completed questionnaires “submissions” are imported into Sugar and matched to related records via “hidden fields” (hidden fields referencing the Sugar record) or an email address question. You can use the built-in Sugar Reporter or another reporting tool to analyze your surveys. Personalized surveys can be sent to customers or prospects using Sugar Campaigns or the email client.
