Functionality of SAP Connector

This connector is an extension developed and maintained by KINAMU for SugarCRM and SAP to integrate both systems.

Our product enables bidirectional synchronization: changes in SAP ERP are automatically updated in SugarCRM or vice versa, changes in the CRM can be updated in SAP. Employees in the company can thus always access a complete and up-to-date data basis, enabling quick, uncomplicated, and cost-effective entry into effective customer relationship management with SugarCRM using the connector.

The SAP Connector consists of a base module that handles connection setup, logging, and exchange of system parameters (e.g., currencies, units, delivery and payment terms, etc.), as well as various extensions that can be installed as add-ins:

SAP and Sugar: Optimization of business processes

The digital representation of business processes is very diverse. For example, master data, open items, and VIS data are managed in the SAP ERP application. In contrast, leads, offers, marketing campaigns, and sales opportunities are managed in a CRM system. To clearly represent operational processes, an interface between both solutions is needed. Only this linkage enables a complete 360° view of the customer (“360-degree Customer View”).
