Step by Step

In order to make the set-up of SugarCRM as smooth as possible, KINAMU accompanies you step by step through the individual phases of the project:

1. Blueprint

An analysis of your company-specific requirements and wishes takes place. The results are recorded in a document (blueprint) and form the basis for the implementation of your CRM system.

2. Customizing / system implementation

A system implementation based on the blueprint is carried out, i.e. fields, selection lists and workflows are implemented in the system.

3. Delivery and Acceptance

The implemented processes of your requirements will be handed over to you for the first tests.

4. Training

Online training for end users and administrators.

5. Fine tuning and support

Final adjustments and possible corrections after the tests are carried out.

We will also support you in the first days of going live!
